In 2018, I started getting recognized at local craft and vendor shows for my selection of character glitter bows. And in 2019 I signed up with Steel City Con to have a seasonal booth in Pittsburgh, PA along with many other events that really helpedthe Craftin Nikki to brand itself become the place to go to find the best hair bows for all ages..

I love all forms of crafts, sewing, and design, which is the reason for my nickname of Craftin Nikki. In 2020 I was part of the worldwide community sewing fabric masks and had sewn over 40,000, with the help of my mother, Linda. I utilize my degree in Interior Design and my graphics design background to launch new ideas, my own ecommerce website, and so much more.

Thank you so much for stopping by and getting to know me and my muse, Fiona.

Hello! Welcome to Craftin Nikki!

Craftin Nikki began as a crafting blog back in the Summer of 2017, the year my daughter, Fiona, was born. Little did I know how that the my fun idea of putting together online crochet tutorials on would turn into the funnest and most unique bowtique you have ever seen!

Fiona has been my major source of inspiration and definitely helped me channel my inner bow designer. It started with holiday glitter bows and props to use in my monthly baby milestone photoshoots. My little princess also helped to jump start the Craftin Nikki Blog by showcasing the all handmade unicorn birthday party with glitter unicorn headbands (that were a huge hit as party favors). This bright little ray of sunshine may just had been the muse that I was needing to bring my dream of owning my own thriving business a reality.
