Current Processing Time

1 - 2 Business days processing time for all order of (3) or less items. Please allow for a couple extras days processing time when order (4) or more items.

• There is no shipping delivery date guarantee.

• Craftin Nikki ships every order within the given pricessing time We cannot control the shipping lead time through USPS, the United States Postal Service, as some regions are still experiencing delays. Please allow an extra couple business days for your package arrival. Before contacting Craftin Nikki regarding the location of your order, please read below.

Standard Shipping Options

• USPS First Class Ground (USA, UK, & Canada Only) - Cost is weight based, configured at checkout

• All orders $40 and over (before tax) qualify for FREE shipping.

Tracking Information and History

• All USPS tracking information is included within your online account and order shipping confirmation email. If you do experience a longer than normal delivery time, please contact USPS before contacting Craftin Nikki. You will need to provide your tracking number to customer service to allow USPS to retrieve the location of your package. If USPS is unable to resolve/locate your order then please contact Craftin Nikki at nicole@craftinnikki.com and we will assist as needed.

• Please allow up to 24 hours during the week (48 hours during the weekend) for a response from us regarding your inquiry.

Requesting a RUSH Order

• If you are in need of a RUSH ORDER, please contact us directly prior (or immediately after) you place your order and we will accomodate your request to best of our ability. W do recommend that you upgrade to USPS PRIORITY 2-3 Day shipping if you are needing the order within 3-5 days.
